Depend on wat test it is,if its a 4th Generation HIV test than at 9 weeks its conclusive,as the 4th gen hiv test only have a window period of 28 days and a very sensitive test.

I been told all test have a 3 month window .. is that correct ? Thank you
No this is not correct. Duo (Antibody+Antigen) test is conclusive after 28 days. By the way, what was your exposure?
Unprotected vaginal sex ..I took the 4 gen test at week 3 , 5 , 6 and pcr rna at week 7 and antibody test at week 9 .. all negative but I having  a lot of symptoms .. thank you
You have tested conclusively negative for HIV.  You do NOT have HIV, and whatever is causing your symptoms has nothing to do with HIV.  Talk with your doctor to find the real cause of your symptoms, which is NOT HIV.
I am sorry but I am extremely worried and scared .. I have read that only 3 months is conclusive.. please help
As you have been advised by several members, your 4th generation test is conclusive and you do not have HIV.  There is nothing more for our members to add since you definitely do not have HIV.
