Hello, our members have guided you patiently through the facts. Your exposure was not a risk for HIV. There is nothing to add to that and we are, therefore, closing this thread. We wish you the best of luck

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.
You can't get HIV from masturbating even if there were fluids on your hand. Also, when condoms fail, they break wide open. It doesn't matter if they leak from the top. So, you did use a condom correctly! You do not need to test.
You NEVER had a risk for HIV from ANY of the activities you have described here. ZERO.
If the condom was still on your penis and the ejaculate was inside, then you can be assured the condom was on correctly.
Since you had zero risk for HIV, you have zero risk for ARS. The symptoms you began experiencing 15 days after this encounter were nothing more than a cold or a sore throat. THESE ARE NOT SYMPTOMS OF HIV.
You do NOT have HIV. You NEVER had a risk for HIV and you do NOT need to test.
If your throat is still sore, see your doctor. I promise you it has nothing to do with HIV.
Please spend some time educating yourself about HIV.
