Hiv risk after oral sex

I performed oral sex on a guy that I later found out has HIV. I certainly swallowed a bit of his cum during the oral sex and the next day discovered he is taking Atripla (medicine for hiv treatment which is said to reduce the viral load to undectable in most cases).
I freaked out  and bought lamivudine/zidovudine 150/300mg as a preventive measure (I'm travelling so that was my option). What are my risks? Am I overreacting?

Good, throw it out. Time to get back to your happy life because no one can catch HIV from eating, drinking or swallowing or there would be a lot of unhappy restaurant patrons over the years who ingested some blood or whatever from an infected person.

There is no risk for oral because it is inactivated in saliva. You can throw out whatever you bought and go back to your happy life because you had no exposure.

There are serious side effects with this med, so I hope you take my advice and avoid it.
