Worry about Needle scratch! Please help! Doctor!

Dear Doctor:

I am very about get the HIV, please check my condition:

When i on the Bus at night(China), there are many people on the bus, i stand on the bus and play my mobile phone and when the bus is on the way, i felt severe pain in the leg like a knife or needle scratch me from my Calf to my ankle, it is so pain that i look back right now, then i found a man (about 30 years) stand very close to me and he take a fabric bags on his hand near my Calf, then the man stepped back when i watch him, and about 5 minutes later, the man get off the bus, and when i got off the bus, i forgot this!!! And about a week later, i found my Calf has a about 7 cm long scabs and the scabs are growing, then i am begin to worry about HIV, I am very scare about this 7cm scabs because it must be scratched by the needle or knife!!! and i check the trouser and there is no damaged or tear, so i guess it may be the man use a needle and want to transmit virus!!!

Dear, if the needle has HIV virus and the man use the needle scratch my calf and my calf was scratched a 7 cm scabs, is it danger or not?

I am going to crazy about this, i am very scare, could you please guide me about this?

I did get poked by him and it must blood: It is very pain like a knife or needle, then i found my Leg has an about 7cm long Scar, then i am begin to worry about HIV！

Two months later, my neck has about 8 Lymph nodes on my neck! but i am not has Fever.

Is it danger?

I am going to crazy!

Not from a needle. I am not playing this game with you. Seek a therapist as no one took a needle and scratched you. You don't magically find a scar weeks later.

Really Sorry about my poor English, sorry!

I know you are Professionals in the reach of HIV and so i ask the question, and i promise i am not playing game because i am very scare about the Scratch problem on the BUS at night(23:20)!

As you know, some people will took a needle and scratched you if they got HIV, and i do check there is a 7cm long Wound on my leg and then the wound become scar about 2 weeks later~

As the 7cm long Wound on my leg is scratched by the man on the Bus in night, it can not be other products expect the Needle, and i was very pain from  up to down when he scratch me, please trust me~

So, to make it easy for judgement,  If the man use the HIV needle attack other people, and cratched other people, is it danger?

As you know there are many people in this Forum and in the world also very worry about the needle!
