Hiv scared symptoms 20 days

Okay several questions please answer.  First will describe encounter.  I was going through a websitr lets call it backpages, I had a friend tell me about it curios.  Anyway they have ads for massage parlors and escorts.  I called a massage ad.  She had an office in nice building. She asked me to strip and lay on table which had towel. I proceded to get a massage with oil for 30 minutes after words on the flip she began to give me a handjob. She rubbed her chest on my penis.  After she finished she dipped a towel in crockpot that had hot water.  She cleanned my penis then proceeded to clean the oil off my body.  I never saw her wash her hands befire but afterwards she sprayed something on her hands. Now I'm wracked with axiety.  That was 20 days ago and now I have congestion, headached, body aches, low grade fever, and sore throat.  I have been told you cannot any stds this way much lesss hiv.  O lease help me.
1.  Am I at risk for any sti's or std's?
2.  What if man before me used same towel on table and got semen on it.
3.  From her hands and chest could I get anything.
4.  How about from crock pot with hot water or towel she used to clean me up what if they were dirty.

Please help me.  I'm married and did something stupid.  Please.

You should immediately plan a lovely dinner out, with flowers and a great bottle of wine, and then resume sex with your wife.  You cannot transmit an infection you do not have.

Welcome to the forum.  I apologize for a somewhat delayed reply to your question.

As you were informed on the community forum, you had a zero risk exposure with regard to HIV and other STDs.  They are not transmitted without direct sexual contact, which you did not have.  In other words, whoever said you "cannot any stds this way much lesss hiv" was exactly right.  And your symptoms are not at all suggestive of HIV or other STDs.  These things do not cause nasal congestion etc.  You caught a cold, that's all.  To your questions:

1,3,4) No.  From the massage parlor events you have described, you are not at risk for any STD, including HIV.

2) Such indirect exposure does not transmit STDs.

You should not be at all worried, and you do not need testing for anything.
