Massage to Penis and Risk of HIV

Sir, I am a male and 34. A month ago I visited a massage parlor. A man gave me a massage. The session went for an hour. It was full body massage. I was completely naked. However he was fully clothed. He massage my penis as well with hands. I did not ejaculate or He did NOT. give me any handjob/blowjob. However my penis was in semi erect state and some secretion of precum. We did NOT indulge in oral/anal sex. He used his hands only. But I am not aware of any cuts/wounds on his hands. Exactly after 25 days I am having diarreaha. Doctor prescribed me prebiotics/probiotics. I am feeling the weakness. I am really worried now. Fatigue, diarrehea. Am I at the risk of HIV ? Do I need to test ? I regret my act? Can I have sex with my wife without testing ? Apart from this incidence nothing more happened. I did not have a tattoo/piercing. I do not do drugs. Please help.
