Hiv test result

I have done my hiv test after 3 Months of exposure. My doctor suggested hiv elise test. However in test report I see hiv 1 & 2 test, non reactive, method used enhanced chemiluminoscence. I am confused whether elise and enhanced chemiluminoscense are same test or different. If different whether enhanced chemiluminoscence test  result after 3 months of exposure is confirmed or I need a retest.
