Welcome to the HIV Forum. There is little risk to you for HIV from the exposure you describe. it is not clear if your oral sex was condom protected or not. If both your oral and your vaginal sex was condom protected, there is no risk and no reason for concern, nor any reason to abstain for fear of giving something to a partner. If only the vaginal sex was condom protected, there is still no reason for concern
The contact of saliva with a cut/open sore at the base of your penis does not change this.
Your negative tests at 14 days is also strong evidence that you did not get HIV for this exposure. The combo test provides completely reliable results at 4 weeks and the majority of infected persons have positive tests after 14 days.
