Please Please help - Scratch found after sex

I went to an Asian massage parlor in San Diego two weeks ago and had sexual intercourse with a female provider. We used a condom for oral and virginal sex, and from the beginning to the end. But when I finish and go clean up myself I noticed that there is a scratch-like wound around the middle of my penis shaft. The would seemed to be already scabbed but I wasn't sure. I freaked out and asked if she is healthy and she promised me so. But I still can't help thinking about the possibility that something get in the wound if the condom fails to cover that part. In my vague memory I think the condom covers my whole penis shaft but I am not sure. So I'm really scared.

I tried my best to recall how I got the wound and I think I got it the night before I have sex with that female, which is 5-6 hours ago when I was masturbating. I wounder if that wound can stop possible virus from infecting me.

I don't have any symptoms yet except I lost 10 pounds in the first week due to worrying about this. I need someone's help to tell me whether I have exposed myself to the risk of infecting HIV. Please please help.

Should I go get tested?
