Thank u very much doctor as u have been a little worried about it. One follow up is if either of them had a cut or sore in their mouth would that change risk factor at all? Thank u!
Welcome to the Forum. I'll be happy to comment. This is a common question on this Forum as it appears that oral sex is now among the most common forms of unprotected sex with casual sexual partners. Despite that, there are no instances in which anyone has been proven to have gotten HIV from receipt of oral sex. Thus, in your own situation, it is not only unlikely that either of the women who performed oral sex on you had HIV (most commercial sex workers do not have HIV) but even if by chance one of them did, there is virtually no chance that one of them would have given you HIV. There is no reason for concern about HIV or testing related to this encounter.
Of all STIs which might have followed this encounter, statistically the one most likely to have been acquired (and the chance of this is small) would be nongonococcal urethritis or, even rare still, gonorrhea. Unless you develop a penile discharge or burning with urination however, I would not worry about either of these possibilities either.
I hope these comments are helpful to you. EWH
