Possible hiv exposure...need help pls !!

I am in extreme anxiety and worrisome situation.. pls give expert opinion.. I went to hospital here to give blood sample for hiv  hcv blood tests.. The nurse who took blood sample did NOT wear any gloves.. He used new syringe which I saw myself and wiped injection point with alcohol swab before and then inserted needle... While pulling out needle he used same alcohol swab with his bare hands on needle puncture point to stop bleeding and after few mins put bandage on it ... while doing this couple of times his fingers touched needle puncture point ..Now my concerns which is driving me crazy is that he was lab worker who came from inside lab to take blood sample as at that time there was no one else available ... While I did not see any visible wet blood on his hands but since he was working inside ... I'm sure he must have contaminated hands with blood or other things...
Pls tell me following v clearly
1. If his hands were contaminated and he used alcohol swab over my puncture wound with bare hands to stop bleeding .. can I get hiv in particular or any other infection ? I'm in extreme anxiety
2.few times his bare fingers touched my puncture wound while it was bleeding .. does it pose any risk of getting hiv ? If we assume his hands were contaminated with blood..
3. After 5 days I developed 2 rashes on my face ... which I read can be a sign of acute hiv rash .. I never had before .. There is no other symptom . Its been 8 days till now and I'm almost paralysed ... cannot do anything. .. pls tell me and give me clear answer ... I hope any expert will answer my questions
Thanks... waiting for response

I used the word "IMPOSSIBLE" in my previous comment.

"is it possible that contaminated blood can pass through alcohol swab to puncture wound as swab was pressed on puncture area ... can I get hiv like this ?"

No, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get infected that way. I'm sorry, but no more answers from. There is no more I can say. You can either choose to accept that you are OK and safe or choose to live in stress and anxiety.
Please make the RIGHT choice. Take care.

I have said all there is to say. I'm sorry, I can't help you anymore. Nobody can, EXCEPT YOU. It is now up to you to either make an active decision to accept REALITY or to ponder in an UNREAL realm of anxiety.

You had no risk. You decide if you want to be happy about something real or miserable about something that doesn't exist.

Hope you make the right decision. Take care.

OK, listen carefully please. Even if he had poured a bottle of HIV contaminated blood over your puncture wound, it still would not have been a risk. Only a deep gaping wound and a good amount of fresh VISIBLE blood would pose a risk. Furthermore, HIV is a fragile virus. It loses infectiousness outside the body. That is why it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to have contracted the virus.
Please accept the fact that you had no risk.
Now you have the same answer from 3 different people. We would tell you if you'd had a risk. Just as we tell the people who do.

You need to relax and accept the information you have been given. You had no risk for HIV. You do not have HIV. It is NOT transferred that way. Either move on or seek counselling. Your anxiety needs to be addressed

This isn't the doctors' forum, but as another member, I just want to say the following in confirmation of what malbat said.

1 & 2- There is no way he could have infected you even if his hand had HIV contaminated blood on it.

3- You rashes have nothing to do with HIV.

You had ZERO risk for HIV.

Still doesn't change the assessment.... No risk... Hiv is rendered useless once exposed to air....
