A question related to HIV risk

I was smoking a cigarette yesterday and was masturbating at the same time and after finishing masturbation I noticed there was some ash and cigarette paper on my penis. What if that Ash and paper went inside my penis (if the cigarette paper was somehow infection by an HIV person) then am I at HIV risk here at all?

There is no "What If" applicable in this situation. You were never at any risk of HIV

No risk here at all. Not even 1% ?
Even if the cigarette was infected somehow by an hiv person? I had that cigarette almost 15 minutes after buying it
Neither a cigarette nor ANY other object can be infected.  Only a person can be infected.  You will never get HIV from an inanimate object.

Don't have unprotected anal/vaginal sex, and don't share intravenous drug needles, and you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.  There is no exception, there are no what-ifs.
