Terrified I might have been infected...

Gonna make this short. Around month ago I accidentally took another person's cup of coffee and drank once. I'm not sure if there was a blood in the cup, but in case might be a serious problem since I went to a dentist just a day before and I had an open cut in my mouth. One week ago I started to feel fatigue and later developed a sore throat on the left side that lasted few hours only. I didn't got any rash but had some weird itchy sensation two days in a row. What made me loose the mind is that this morning I developed some muscle pain in my arms and upper part of the body (might be because I felt asleep on the couch that night but still would be a big coincidence to get all of this symptoms).

So, I have two questions:

1.Can sore throat in ARS last only few hours and go overnight?
2.Do all the symptoms always come all together at once, or they can happen one after another in a short period?

Please answers this two questions, please don't say just ''You were never at risk''...I really need to ease my mind...

Only non-sex risk for HIV is sharing hollow needles that you use to inject with - you were a long ways from that so are safe and a test would be a waste of time.
You can get a cold or strep throat from sharing cups but not a fragile virus like HIV.

No one in HIV diagnostics pays attention to symptoms because you can't diagnose HIV from symptoms. So there is no purpose trying to work up an HIV theory from germs on a cup, then use symptoms to try to prove it.
