Given these outlined exposures, what would you say is my risk?

Exposure 1:
Late Feb. 2013-I had oral sex with a man of unknown status, he did not ejaculate in my mouth. It lasted about 15 to 20 minutes max.

Exposure 2:
Late Feb. 2013 I had receptive oral sex with an intravenous, methamphetamine drug user who had blood shot eyes. Lasted 10-20 minutes.  I vomited on his penis and there was no ejaculation. I blacked out that night. His status was unknown to me.

Exposure 3:
Late February to Late March 2013- I had unprotected sex with a man of unknown status. We started off using condoms and I convinced him to not use them. I did not know this man very well, but the people who knew him said he was "safe". He told me he was negative but I can not be sure and he said that he always used condoms, which I tend to believe considering he was slightly reluctant to go unprotected with me. We had sex between maybe 15-20 times.

une 2013 (Last possible exposure):
Performed oral sex on a man of unknown status. He did not ejaculate in my mouth. It lasted about 5 minutes.

I have been tested by the gynecologist. Due to their practices they do not give results over phone for HIV, but they go by a "no news is good news" type of thing.

Is that true? If I had something, they generally let people know do they not?
I'm asking about this because I got bloodwork done for a government agency August 13th and on the 19th I received a suspicious call asking for a "Peter". I said "wrong number", . I later learned that if people test poz for something they are often contacted by community health centers. It is nerve racking, but I would appreciate ANY HELP AT ALL!!!

Thanks for your patience...

Thanks Handy Man.

Yes, it was unprotected receptive vaginal.

I would also like to add that I got the call for "Peter" from a local community health center after extensive blood work 5 days previously.
