Scared of HIV

I have had a ton of anxiety lately over HIV. It all steams back to guilt over having unprotected sex 3 years ago and then havering an allergic reaction 5 months later that I thought was herepes. Anyway I have had 3 negative hiv tests in 8 months, however in my mind I still think I'm going to catch it or I already have. Please only real answers.

I touched a scab on my brothers back tonight because he didn't know what it was. I don't think it was bleeding. But then I accidentally rubbed my face right after and accidentally rubbed my scab to hard and it started to bleed. Idk what his HIV status is, but am I at risk because I touched his scab and then immediately touched rubbed my scab and caused it to bleed?

My anxiety has been terrible and I'm looking for a piece of mind I guess. Thanks for your help.

Okay. I guess I'm just my really understanding when they say that it's doesn't die right away. And I could have come in contact with his blood and then touched my own open wound on the matter of a minute. Some of the info is so different from other info iv been reading so I'm truly just confused. Thank you for responding.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

If infected blood falls on the skin, the virus cannot enter the body, because of the skin that acts as a barrier. However, any wound or cut is vulnerable ground. If infected blood falls on a wound, it will directly pass into the bloodstream and infect the body.

I really appreciate your comments but this is what I'm reading. So really I am truly unaware of how touching his blood and then accidentally picking my scab which bled isn't classified in this category. I understand that yes I do have anxiety over it, however according to the above it sounds like its a pretty real possibility that it could happen.

Thanks for assuring me it was no risk even if it was bleeding. Which I really don't think it was. I appreciate your time. If I have any other questions I will contact the anxiety one. Is that located on this page too?
