How sick?

Anyone have any clue as to how sick a person gets when he is experiencing true ARS?

Thanks in advance

Intense,it's probably the worst sickness one can come across in his life time, it can easily take one to the ER

Good to know. Although I'm near the 4 month mark, there hasn't been any scientific analysis of the window period for those that took Post Exposure Prophylaxis. Some say it delays and some say it does not. Those that say it DOES in fact delay seroconversion, do not know how much the window is extended.

As a warning to anyone considering PEP, do NOT take it if you have had a non-risk like mine (protected vaginal). It does terrible things to your body and the effects are residual. I'm believe what I am going though is because of HIV or PEP. Most likely PEP.

Forgot to say that, I'm at the 4 month mark but I'm feeling sick, joint pain, thrush, etc (will take my 3 month POST PEP test in a few days). You all know my story, just trying to give someone who is considering PEP a warning.

Good luck to you scared83. I will pray for you when I pray for me tonight. I'm sure you will be fine. I've read on many different posts that when it comes to PEP, you should test up to 3 months from the last day of your meds.

Likewise Tommy, will keep you and everyone on here in my prayers. However, albeit protected, I'm pretty convinced I have some sort of virus.
