Am I in the clear?

so i met this girl in March 06'...i slept wit her in april for the 1st time and a few more times after that...fast foward to 07'...april comes around, i get tested n it comes out negative...we stop talkin, i move, the block i move to is the one she happens to hang out on...i start seeing her again for the months of september, october and november...i got tested in december again, did blood work, couldnt wait the two weeks for my results so the same day i did the swab test, that came out negative...i got tested again via the swab on february 20th and 28th , came out negative...for some reason i still felt/feel paranoid so i went and got the blood work from december, negative...I been really stressed, all i think about is the possibility of having HIV, and I hate this feeling...im online all day and all i do is check up my symptoms (my family thinks im giving myself symptoms), always reading about HIV, my mind is never at ease. my questions are, do you guys think im in the clear? am i just being paranoid? have any of you guys ever been in this position or are in this position?

There is nothing more to add. You have a conclusive test result so you know it isn't HIV. As for your gf she needs to see her doctor for recurring yeast infections.

Your test was negative at 3 months following your last exposure. No matter what you say, no matter what symptoms you have... you are HIV negative. That's it. Nothing you say will EVER change this.

The symptoms you are describing, however, indicate you are suffering from a mental disorder, such as anxiety/depression/OCD. I highly urge you to call your doctor, meet with him or her, and discuss this with them. They will help you regain control of your life. You do NOT have HIV. You need to accept this fact. Please go speak to your doctor, I am asking you out of compassion.

my symptoms include fatigue, i had white tongue for about 2-3 weeks, thick saliva, burning tongue (mild), irritated throat (not sore), dry cough, burning sensation throughout my body, headache, tightness in throat. could this possibly be from anxiety?

if you tested 3 months out your test is conclusive, your family is right , you are giving yourself symptom. also the internet is a dangerous place to diagnose your health
