Giving oral sex

Hi. I'm a female from Vietnam. I hope my English is good enoungh for all of you understand. Really need some some advice. Two months ago I gave a guy blowjob didn't come into my mouth (unknown his state hiv). After that I strait away brush my teeth. I was blooding when I brush my teeth. I decided to take the test elisa hiv antibody 1 and 2 test at 6weeks. The result come back negative. Is this test acurrate.  Can any body here give me some advice,please! Really grateful .

Hello dr.Teak,I wonder what if there was an ulcer in my mouth,is there any chance of getting hiv ?i gave a blowjob to a guy without protection and maybe I swallowed some precums(prostatic fluid)thanks a lot !

Oral sex is not a risk of HIV transmission. You have been advised 6 times in five days.

Hi. I have one more question would like know.  my test hsv1 positive and I don't know when it outbreak will increase my risk from giving blow job. Thanks alot for your helping?

Hi I really very scare. I did a test hsv1 positive. Isn't dangerous for me giving blow job. Nowaday I couldn't stop think bout HIV. Because last giving 2 guy blow job but protected vagina. But I didn't my hsv1 positive. Can any one give me some advice. Thanks alot for your helping?

Hi. I really very very scare. Today I went to the doctor and take the result. Test HIV by elisa antibodies at 10 weeks come back negative. But herpes type 1 igg is positive. The doctor told me that. I have high percentage to get HIV. But I told him all the time i have protect vagina just giving oral sex. Can any one here explain to me,please! I really need your help. Thanks alot!

The thing made me worry is after two weeks when I had been with that guy. I caught the urine infect, flu, sore throat. After that I decided take a test elisa antibodies HIV 1 and 2 at 7 weeks. The result come back negative. Thanks alot your helping!

Yes I did test 5 month ago and one and 2 month both come back negative.

You never had an exposure and don't need testing for HIV. Had you had an exposure 3 months post exposure is when you can obtain a conclusive negative test result.

Some studies have been done that have been very good and have shown that oral sex does not carry a risk. Saliva has enzymens and proteins that break down and deactivate the virus.

Oral sex has been shown not to be a risk for HIV.
