Unprotected anal sex

Well hello Last night i had unprotected anal sex with a female the intercorse went on for about 2 minute 3 max. I came out side and not in here anus. She says she is clean. may i have got a disease or something because of this ? its my first unprotected anal sex please help i heard some bad stuff about this, any help ?

Thank you so much sir i truly am felling a bit better but still il have to test after 4 weeks for HIV  do you recomend a treatment for my penile yeast ?

People contract HIV on their first exposures, happens all the time. Had you used a condom you wouldn't be in this situation.
