I have p24 test at 4 days and 14days

Dear All and Doctors,
        I found this website from searching and serfing internet related with the HIV p24 from my risk on the past 15 days ago.I  am bttm gay and i have sex with partner with condom by ******* and outer sex without ejectculation(no climax and no anal sex) both us,he was trying to push his **** to my anal but not success  after that i found the condom has a little hole on the top and some precum from him came out and some people said i was in risk caz the tissue near anal very thin and soft .may be his precome touched.That's the things i worried.So i had p24 test 2 times at 7 and 14 days both negative.

        Can i believe this result .Am i not infected?Do The activities i told was risk?

So this is not to worried?this is not risk situation?PLease responded with my message.I'm asian and not good at in english too.

it's has hole really.I saw it's smally like the tip of the pin and precome came out there

Condoms don't get little holes when they fail they fail catastrophically.
