stresss cause handjob habit

I am 26yo. I always feeling fatigue since i git Hepatitis A infection 10years ago and feeling fatigue 5years ago. AntiHbS positive (was vaccinated) . HbSAg negative. AntiHCV negative. But my ALT always 3x normal. The newer result my ALT 218. I was USG and doctor say slightly bread liver or fatty liver grde1. But why my ALT can be this high? Is it will elevating if i stress or overthinking ? because i started stress about my exposure with massager therapist whom gave me "happy ending handjob". I afraid if i could get communicable infection disease such as HIV. I always overthinking about hiv. I was receiving oral sex and got tested 6month negative hiv. Then i start my handjob habit by massagae therapist. I got maybe 10 handhobs. The last ia creazy i receiving handjob by 2 girls at same time. Now i overthink about handjob. Ia it realy safe???

And I got HIV tested by ELFA method in indonesia 6month after i receiving oralsex. It was negative. And Its 1years ago. What is ELISA?

A HJ is not an HIV risk. The ONLY way you would ever be at risk for HIV is if you have unprotected vaginal or anal sex, OR if you share IV drugs/drug works. That's it. Pretty easy to remember.
