I used hollow needle to pierce ear, will I infect HIV?

Actually I searched many information on this forum and Poz forum, I really know that solid needle can not infect HIV
Unfortunately, I used hollow earring to pierce my ear. The earring is not sharp originally and people who pierce ear use the scissors to cut it to sharp and roll it to my ear. She said the ear ring is 1-use but I see many sharp earrings in the box, she said that she cut them before, I doubt that her earring is not 1-use.
She roll the hollow earring in my ear quickly and when I asked she is the earring disinfected she said yes, but the box is not airtight and I can not see any alcohol on the table.
I did not bleed maybe the blood is not visible in my ear hole. My friends beside my told me that the earring is clean at least with the naked eye they can not see the blood on it. Actually because pierce ear is very quickly and the hollow earring maybe can not save blood inside deeply if it can ,it just can save blood on the sharp place and the sharp place can exposure to the air I think but I am not sure. After I take it off I can not see any blood on the sharp place but I am not sure that if the blood can be acquired by my wound.
After I pierce my ear I have sore throat and muscle aches and my muscle twitch for a month. I do not have a high fever and rash.
Please help me, I come from China and in my country a little shop can pierce ear, they do not disinfect the earring at all.

You had no risk for HIV. This is simply NOT how it is transmitted. Any blood that MAY have been on the earring or tools she used would have been exposed to air, which renders the virus inactive.

If they do not disinfect anything, you may acquire an infection, but it would not be HIV. Keep your new piercing very clean by swabbing it with hydrogen peroxide a few times a day and keep your unwashed hands away from it so you don't contaminate it with germs.

Next time you decide to have a piercing or get a tattoo, ASK them BEFORE the procedure about their sterilization methods. If you are uncomfortable with their answers, leave!

Thank you I feel a little better!
I asked them to disinfect the earring they said yes they have done it yet and I was sitting on the sofa and I could not see anything. She turned back quickly which make me believe that they have not disinfected the earring. Thank you very much. My English is not very well and thank you for reading my confusing words.
Eh....I have another question.
If they put the earring into sponge or foam immediately....It can not exposed to the air entirely, is that true?

Your friend gave you the advice I was going to if you couldn't let this go!

Your questions were not "crazy," but they were driving YOU crazy! They were bordering on HIV phobia................

I am glad you feel better now and you can absolutely forget about having contracted HIV. You never had a risk.

Enjoy your new earring!

Thank you so much.
Actually I have thought of this thing for a long time just because of my symptoms, if I do not have these symptoms I will forget HIV immediately. My question is my sore throat companion bowel cries.
My joints and muscles are also pain. My tongue became very white. I was a healthy girl before I pierce my ear so I am afraid of these symptoms. Can you tell me the reason of these symptoms?
I see you no longer answer the HIV question so I just to ask you the last question. Does the hollow earring is no risk? there will be no blood in it to stay active? When I have digital album I see blood refluxed into the needle. It confused me when I have digital album last week. Please help me. Thank you so much. I can not sleep last week because I saw the blood refluxed into the needle. I just want to know why the blood can not refluxed into the earring. Is there any difference? Thx  sooooooooo much

Sorry balabalaoo, but you're being extremely paranoid. You asked if they had disinfected the earring and they said yes. You said you did not see them doing this which obviously increased your paranoia. You said she turned her back "very quickly" which made you even more paranoid that she was lying about the earring.

My question to you would be since you had so much mistrust in this place and these people, why didn't you get up and leave?

Both sponge and foam are NOT air tight environments and IF they had put the earring there, it would still be exposed to air.

Your anxiety level about this is off the charts and is no doubt what is keeping you from feeling well.

If you can not accept that you had no risk for HIV, then by all means get tested. At 28 days post your piercing, have a 4th generation DUO test. This will give you a very reliable indication of your status. Follow up with a confirmatory test at 12 weeks for a 100% conclusive result.

Thank you. My friend said that I must see a psychological consult.
Actually now I am well as you answer my crazy questions. I think I can forget HIV. Thank you so much again.
