I was shaking hands with a guy today and I have cracked skin (Eczema)

Shook hands with a guy today and I have really bad eczema, I don't know if he had HIV.how long does hiv+ blood live outside the body please answer.is it possible or am I overthinking things, I am so scared right now I can't even focus on what I'm doing.
