IS THIS HIV RELATED?PLEASE HELP

Dear Experts,

I have taken Antibody Ag/Ab ECLIA test at 90 days and finally at 120 days mark which came non reactive but when i asked about the numbers both time. The value was 0.01 on 90 days mark for antigen and now at 120 days its 0.04.That made me scared.I had very severe neck pain along with pain in jaw line, dizziness and loose motions. The neck pain lasted for almost 2 months and now its totally gone..!!!as if it was never there. But after three months i am facing red/brown elevated spots on my fore ahead and below my jaw line area. Every day i find a new spot on my face.Which makes me concerned.Persistent loose motions are still there along with dizziness. My questions are:-

1 Are my tests conclusive?I Waited especially 3 months to get tested irrespective of symptoms.

2 Are the above mentioned symptoms related to ARS?  I am especially concerned about the red/brown elevated spots on my face.Pl do help how do the ars rashes look like??

3 Do i need testing till six months??

Kindly help and answer!!!!Its my 18th running week since unprotected vaginal and oral exposure
