If your immune system is fighting off other viruses can it cause hiv to show up late on a test? The reason I ask i have a bad wisdom tooth it has been bad for about 2 years. Could it over work my immune system to the point that it will not produce enough antibody's and cause the hiv virus to show up late? I know you guys said for chemo, iv users, or drug that suppress the immune system. I just don't want to be one that show up late. I just been feeling very bad and coughing up white mucus for awhile.
