Nutrition, supplement and exercise regime early infection.

I haven't tested +VE, though have a test tomorrow (42 days post exposure).
Say I have the virus for arguments sake.
Would the 'viral set point' be affected by my diet, exercise regime just now.

Other than the regular nutrition and exercise advice for non-infected individuals, what additional nutrition advice should one follow at this time?
Any particular supplements one should take?
What sort of exercise regime should one follow?

I guess also my kitchen, and rest of house needs to be super hygienic?

My partners are all HIV positive. I don't have sex with negative people. BY MY CHOICE.

You have got to be kidding. I don't live any different now than I did before I was diagnosed. That will be 24 years this April. Seek professional mental help.
