Thaks for the clarification. If your friend is on therapy this should still reduce the probability of HIV transmission. More importantly, your 71 day test results are conclusive and prove that you did not get HIV from the exposure you described. thus, in answer to your questions:
1. Do you think my test is 100% conclusive? Or is there a minimal chance i can turn positive?
Your test is conclusive. Time to stop worrying.
2. Should i test again at 12 weeks due to my risky situation?
There is no need for further testing. With more testing you will only be spending money that does not need to be spent. The results are not going to change.
3. Can i have unprotected sex with my current girlfriend without the fear of infecting her? (she wasnt my girlfriend 10 weeks ago)
Yes. You are not infected. People without infection do not spread the infection to others.
4. Can i completly forget about this and move on knowing im negative?
Yes, you can and should forget about this and move on.
5. Sincerly what would you do if you were in my situtation?
See 4 above.
Hope this helps. EWH
Thank you for your comments doctor. The test i took was a roche combi test and i took it exactly 71 days (10 weeks and 1 day) after the exposure. My friend recently started therapy but i suspect her viral load is still high.

Welcome to the Forum. I can understand your concerns and will be pleased to try to help. I suspect the most help I can provide you is with perspective on this exposure. Before I do, let me ask two questions:
1. It is not clear to me how long ago your exposure was. and
2. Do you happen to know if your friend is on therapy.
Once I have these answers I will make additional comments however the most important message I can give you is that is your sex was condom protected, even with a condom that did not cover your entire penis, if the condom remained intact there is virtually no risk of HIV and no reason for concern.
If it has been more than 4 weeks since the exposure you mention, then your results are definitive. The DUO tests such as you were tested with provide definitive information at any time more than 4 weeks after an exposure.
Please do what you can to answer the other two questions and I will make additional comments. EWH
I dont know if this helps but the index value for the roche combi test (antigens and antibodies) was 0.13
