I'm so freaking out

I know you guys are so tired about such kind of question...But for me, i really need help.
I received a long time oral sex 4 weeks ago with some guy i didn't know. It's really long time about an hour. I got a little balanitis at that time, and during the sex I feel hurt by the teeth, though there's no blood. I check the forum everybody was talking about several seconds exposure.
I didn't develop any symptoms so far but Im still concerned. And everybody I asked told me that there's little risk but still a risk. I really need peace of mind from you guys. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
BTW im uncircum
Teak whats your idea? still no risk and no need for test or different? Ive read so many posts but i cant match with my situation.
