Immune system and hiv antibody

Dear doctor, I have posted a question today on other forum, actually I was planing to get tested today after one year of the exposure but when I went to my doctor ( just now) he said to me the major factor in HIV delay window period is the weak immune system and he said your is very weak and I have low WBC as well. I was planing to do the test but I really said i need to consult here first.
1-So can you please help again by providing more information on delayed anti bodies and window period? What are the cases that person will have late window period?
2-I missed to say that he stated also I have low vit D below 10 which impact also strongly the immune system is it related to window period?
3- Last thing is about tinea barbae , I got it one month after the exposure and I tried all medicationswith no solution is it related to HIV or it's medication can delay the window period?

I am scared because of the doctor statement I would appreciate your kind reply

This is a repetitive question.  I have already told you that your 7 month test is conclusive and shows that you do not have HIV.  EWH

You could have written this question as a followup to your earlier question although my answer would have been short because this is essentially a repeat of your earlier question.  Answers do not change when you repeate questions.

1-So can you please help again by providing more information on delayed anti bodies and window period? What are the cases that person will have late window period?
The idea of a prolonged or delayed window period for HIV tests is a myth. such a thing does not exist.  I have no idea why your doctor told you your immune system is weak.  A low WBC does not mean you have a weak immune system.

2-I missed to say that he stated also I have low vit D below 10 which impact also strongly the immune system is it related to window period?
A low vitamin D level would not change your test results.

3- Last thing is about tinea barbae , I got it one month after the exposure and I tried all medicationswith no solution is it related to HIV or it's medication can delay the window period?
Tinea barbae is not a sign of HIV.  There is no such thing as a "delayed" window period.  You need to believe your test results.  EWH
