First sorry about the English that I wrote. I have sleepy with girl with protection about 11day ago but I use the oral sex too and today I have something red on mor dick heads . Is it the risk of hiv ?

Protected sex and oral sex is not a risk for hiv infection.

So it not first symptom of hiv that my dick have aches red and hurt ?

Not from hiv,but it could be from other std which can transmit through skin to skin contact.
