Insertive heterosexual anal & vaginal HIV risk assessment

Hi all,

Yesterday I had sex with a girl of unknown HIV status. It started with a condom but it soon came off in the "heat of the moment".

The whole ordeal lasted 15-20 minutes with both unprotected anal and vaginal intercourse.

I realize I may have potentially been exposed. Is this high risk enough to go on PEP?

If yes, is Truvada alone sufficient or do I have to get the other meds as well?

This question is not fundamentally different from your previous question, so the answers will not differ.

The decision about whether to take PEP or not following a risk event is between you and your doctor. We aren't doctors or pharmacists, so questions about which drug(s) and dosing need to be directed to those professionals.
