Is deep kissing really No Risk

In the last 6 months, I kissed three random girls and I fingered one of them, after 3 weeks from the kissing incidence and 9 weeks from the fingering one, I came down with a very bad sore throat, Swollen white tonsils, and night sweats when I woke up and I had to change the sheets. I do n't remember having rashes, and maybe slight fever my symptoms lasted for a week.
I am a virgin so never had sex or even oral. are these symptoms of HIV or Mono? My test came back negative for strep throat.
Some websites say deep kissing is no risk, some says it is a low risk, and they claim some reports due to kissing. I read the CDC one reported case, and to be honest I dont find it logical to conclude the reason is kissing, when people are having regular protected sex, it could be a condom failure that they did not notice or any other reason.

I forgot to mention that I have a geographic tongue, and I had it the time of kissing, basically a few lesions in the side and under my tongue. will this increase my risk.
I always think of HIV anytime I kiss anyone, so usually I stop within a minute or two.
I believe I developed HIV phobia, I cant study or concentrate very well, and am always searching the internet and reading about the topic Whats your advice?
