Is there any higher risk as to other STD's such as hepatitis?
Welcome to our Forum. I'll be pleased to comment. This is a no risk event. By way of background, most commercial sex workers do not have HIV. More importantly however, there is absolutely no risk whatsoever from masturbation of an HIV infected partner, with or without nail infection, cuts on the fingers, etc.
There has never been a case of HIV proven to be transmitted through masturbation, even though it is typical for partners to get each other’s genital secretions on one another.
You have not need to worry, no need to test and certainly have no need to even consider PEP.
