16 year old with question

I have a question about a pimple I popped.I popped my own pimple on my face and then dabed it with toilet paper cause it was bleeding.since I kept toching the pimple when it was bleeding with the same blood (my blood)on the toilet paper again and again from my pimple my friend told me you can get hiv this way .I even touched the bleeding pimple with some hydrogin peroxide with the toilet paper and my friend said it doesnt matter cause you can get it from blood.im only 16 and im not really sure if hes right or not im kinda scared now.is he right?can i get hiv from my own blood touching where my pimple is bleeding on tolit paper.
