How deep does the penetration need to be to be infected with HIV?

I have one experience where in the guy sat on me while i was naked and keep rubbing his butt in my erect penis, and i felt like the head of my penis enter a little in his anus.

You have been advised that your risk was extremely low, even if there was some penetration.  There is nothing further for our members to say about this event.

It is extraordinarily unlikely that you would get HIV from such brief penetration, if it happened at all.  If you want to test, take a 4th or 5th generation test at 28 days, but the risk is so astronomically low that I wouldn't bother if it were me.

Thank you for the very prompt reply. So do you believe that it is unlikely?
What if that it is really his intention to let my penis inserted to his anus without protection? He suddenly stop and for about 15-30 seconds and i felt that my tip or head of my penis already in his hole and then i push him away, looking at the head of my oenis was already wet or has fluid already
I cannot possibly guess what your partner's motivations were, nor can we guess what happened.  If you want to test, then we can't stop you.
But what is your stand about it? If he was really HIV pos? Will i get infected with just head of my penis? How deep is deep to be infected? Thank you very much sir
