ARS cannot show up after 6 weeks. You are badly overreacting in a way that suggests a need for psychological counseling to deal with your apparent guilt over the sexual exposure.
If you post anything else, the entire thread will be deleted without reply. And don't start a new thread with the same questions; it would suffer the same fate.
that will be my last post thanks...
one more question plz can ars show up after 6 weeks after I took that test I got sick Plz answer :( body aches, headaches, plz plz answer
Of course it was negative. You didn't need testing at all, so you certainly do not need to do it again. Just scan this forum if you need more detailed information; there have been innumerable discussions about the reliability of HIV testing after various intervals.
That's all for this thread.
hey I had my test at six weeks it was neg do I have to test again??
Re-read my reply above. No, it's not an "open wound".
Think it through with a little common sense. Do you imagine you're the first person in the world to have sex with a bit of razor burn? You're one of millions, if not billions. Yet nobody is known to have caught HIV that way. Do you imagine you're going to be the first? Get real.
That's all for this thread.
Isnt that an opened wound? because there was blood? im just curious...Im sorry This stuff is scary
I saw this before my reply above. It makes no difference.
Welccome to the HIV forum.
You can relax; there is no significant HIV risk in this situation. First, it is unlikely your escort partner had HIV, especially if you are in the US or other industrialized country, where HIV remains pretty rare in such women (assuming by "escort" you mean a relatively upscale, expensive commercial sex worker). Second, razor burns have never been known to be associated with HIV acquisition. Third, you used a condom.
You do not even need HIV testing, at least not from a medical/risk assessment perspective. However, you might need it for reassurance -- i.e., if my reassurance isn't sufficient to calm your fears and you would sleep better knowing you had a negative test. If so, see your primary care provider or a local health department STD clinic and have a single HIV antibody test in about 6-8 weeks. In the meantime, stay mellow. This is a zero risk exposure for all practical purposes.

I forgot to mention that I shaved with an electric razor and nicked my self in that area...
