HIV - probability of infection

A few weeks ago I went to a gay bar. I got undressed and after a while two guys came up to me and started thouching my balls and penis. Unexperienced as I am, I came after a short while. There was no *** besides mine, but I can only imagine the viral concentration on the floor. I went back to the locker room and got dressed. I went home and immidiately found a but-plug that I inserted into my anus The plug may have been in contact with my feet (and indirectly with the floor of the club). About an hour passed from I left the club until I got home. Later on I punctured my thigh with an insulin syringe ( I am a diabetic) and then I went to sleep. Under the influence of alchohol I never considered a shower first.... First of all I can't believe I did this. I am the father of two beautiful girls age 1 and 3 and my wife is just wonderful. Anyway, I'm terribly worried I've exposed myself to a lethal threat and my mental health is beyond bad. Is there any chance that I've cought HIV or any other contagious virus/STD through my stupid conduct?

No to possible HIV infection or no to all viruses/STD's (including HEP A/B/C, syph etc)??? I'm truly terrified by what happened and I can't find peace of mind. Are you saying that I may skip testing and focus on the moral issues related to this incident?
