HIV fear - am I infected through a bleeding cut ?

Thank you for your answer in advance.

13 days ago I cut my finger with a knife 5mm. It bled but stopped within ?10 minutes after a plaster and pressure was applied. That evening I travelled to Thailand and had no plaster on the cut finger.

24 hours after my cut I went for a massage in Thailand. I was offered sex which I refused. However there was mutual masturbation with a small amount of oil.

I remember rubbing her clitoris and vaginal opening which was very very wet. I don’t think I put my finger inside her.

After I got home I remembered my finger was cut and I had used it. I squeezed it hard and there was no bleeding but there was a red spot visible - not a scab.

1 - what is my risk of HIV infection masterbating a hooker with lots of vagibal secretions and a 24 hour old cut (initially bled but not at time of contact)?

2 - does the risk increase if I had inserted the finger inside her?

3 - 12 days later I have a stuffy nose, nausea and gastritis. Could this be ARS symptoms?

4 - I’m terrified I’ve got HIV through the cut, should I get tested?

Thanks again for help.

I am glad that you are trying to help your self through the paranoia.

I would like to add a key information, may be this should ease your mind - No one in the history of HIV has ever contracted the virus through infected body fluids in contact with cuts and abrasion. The odds of you dying falling off your chair right now is astronomically higher than contracting the virus through the exposure you describe.

No scope of transmission. No testing required. Even if you had a fresh cut and came in contact with infected fluid,  the virus wouldn't be transmitted.

Practically, one would need a deep gapping wound that's bleeding profusely to come in contact with infected fluid for it to enter the nervous system in order to contract HIV.

You did not have a risk.

See a therapist to help you deal with your anxiety which is a bit of a mental health problem at this point. You haven't accepted any of the advice, so your mind was made up before you came here that you have HIV, so I am not sure why you keep coming back asking questions that you won't believe the answers.
If you keep Googling for death, you will always find someone to tell you that you can die from whatever you can think of doing in the next 10 minutes, so also tell the therapist that you keep scaring yourself with a fixation on HIV Googling. You don't have any medical training, so it is unrealistic for you to have such confidence in your diagnostic abilities, and to have zero confidence in the advice that comes from the expert doctors that we rely on here.
Your claim that if your symptoms (which are all imaginary btw) would go away then you would believe in the science is all the more reason to see a therapist.
our information comes from the expert doctors in the field. your no risk assessment from every member will no not change. if the symptoms are not anxiety, which they probably really are regardless of what you say, you could easily have a cold. I believe it is all anxiety though because you know what the symptoms may be, so you're thinking of it and looking for them. if you look, you will find them. stop reading online,  stop looking for symptoms, move on from your no risk situation, or seek help for anxiety.
Thank you for your reply.
Actually I do have a health care background just not in HIV. So I appreciate your responses but it’s a bit harsh to discredit someone’s honest information. I agree and hope that im just having a viral illness of respiratory or ENT source. I can confidently separate these symptoms from anxiety. That’s not to say I’m not anxious as well - mainly due to the contradictory advice from other reputable sources and my bad luck with the timing of my physical viral type illness and guilt too I guess.

Anyway I won’t post again. Il try not to google anymore. Thanks again.

Consider therapy because you are ignoring the fact no one else on the planet has ever got HIV from what you did, yet you continue to bring up the science fiction claims that you expect people here to believe.
And you are not separating your anxiety from symptoms because you can't have HIV symptoms. Everyone posts on this forum about their ARS, however I have not seen anyone on this forum with ARS, mainly because most are like you with zero risk.
Your outright dismissal of coincidence is very unscientific so it is not surprising that you suffer from anxiety.

Clot factors are released immediately.
Although u dont see clot, the blood has dried and clot has formed, you just cant see. Will take a few days.

The skin is now almost healed and there was no clot at any time.

My worry is with vigorous rubbing could I have forced some HIV particles into the partially healed cut?
Zero risk.  HIV is never transmitted via common wounds like this, not even if the wounds are fresh.

Do not have unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse with someone of unknown HIV status, and do not share intravenous needles with other people, and you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.  There is no "what if" you can come up with in this scenario that would make it a risk for HIV.

1. No risk. Wound have clotted
2. No
3. No risk = no symptoms. Anyways, symptoms are too early
4. No, but if it reassures u, go get tested at one month and put an end to this
