Kissing, Oral, Protected Sex with guy of unknown hiv status

I had sex with a guy of unknown status
Is there any risk :
1. We deep kissed (don't know if his mouth bled with open sores though I had a some scratch in my mouth)
2. He masturbate his penis , he came , his hand in contact with his fluid,
And masturbated me with the same hand.
3. I gave him oral (no ejaculation in my mouth just swallowed precum that too it was in some visible quantity.
4.he gave me oral , in case he had bleeding gum.
5. Fingered his ass with finger which had some cuts (small cuts) near my nails.
6.protected anal sex , me being top , condom slept half way while sex and I just set it back again.

Symptoms _ swollen lymph above left ear ,
Slight fever , fatigue and cough .
#  What's  the risk of hiv in this case?
#  Do I need to test (mainly due to the reason I gave him bj ) ?

The risks for HIV have not changed since the last time you asked about an encounter: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Rectal-fluid-with-lube-contact/show/3068791

A condom slip is not a concern.  Only the head of your penis needs to be covered to be protected from HIV.
