Kissing, widsom teeth and hiv

When we have a wisdom tooth growing slowly but without bleeding or some kind of open wound due to that, does this makes french kissing rather risky as regards hiv transmission?

And generally, apart from the infamous 1997 incident, are there other recorded cases of hiv transmission via kissing?

HIV is not transmitted by kissing. Saliva is not infectious and has over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that inhibit HIV transmission.

Lizzie yesterday while brushing I decided to put more pressure over my growing tooth to test its condition and I did see blood. Therefore my initial impression that there is no open wound was false. However, last Monday (day of the encounter) I had not brush my teeth for 9-10 houres before the kisses. Was that enough time to close the sore? And taking into account the fact that everything happened in the guy's workplace at noon it can be assumed that he had not brushed his teeth for at least 4 hours before kissing me too.

Do you still think there was no risk? I am so worried... :(
