Kissing with bleeding gum and Slipped off condom

i had a protected sex once with a girl , sex worker unknown status , the issue is that i kissed her mouth to mouth for like 2 minutes  , and i had a minimal bleeding on my gum and at the end while i am pulling off .. the condom  got out and slipped , that the top pines  got touched with her fluid for brief seconds and i whipped directely  . After a week i had a pain on the top of the pines , and i developed swallowing  difficulty  due to pharengitis  as what gp said . For my tests:  one week I had done a antibody test came negative , 2week after elisa test negative , hiv pcr quantitative non-detectable even <50 ml , at one month rapid test negative ,,
Am i at risk ?
My tests is it ensuring ? Especially quantitative pcr
Should i get any test further to relief my anxiety ?
Need your opinion

No medicines have any effect on HIV testing.  Pregabalin certainly does not.

Thanks for the thanks.  I'm glad to have helped.  Now stop worrying!

Welcome to the forum.

Kissing has never been known to result in HIV transmission -- and of course bleeding gums are very common, but still no known transmissions, so that's nothing to worry about.  And condoms work -- some contact of the penis with vaginal fluids always occurs above the condom or during withdrawal and doesn't increase risk.  Finally, most sex workers don't have HIV, so probably there was no risk anyway.

Also, your test results are very reassuring.  The combination of negative antibody and PCR at 2 weeks is around 90-95% conclusive.  You should have a final test -- an antibody test will be fine -- at 4 weeks.  That combination (negative PCR at 2 weeks and antibdoy at 4 weeks) will be 100% conclusive.

So stay relaxed in the meantime.  There is virtually no chance you caught HIV and you can expect your final test to remain negative.

Best wishes-- HHH, MD
