Hi people,
I´m not sure if this a very ignorant question, but Im not so informed on this matter, so here it goes:
I was out today doing exercise and bumped into an old friend of mine, he is HIV positive. I saluted him by fist bumping or knuckle bumping efusively, hadnt seen him in a while. After saluting him, I noticed a small, very tiny wound on my knuckle, I got it from my efusive knuckle bump, I also saw that he was hearing a big ring, could have been that or I could´ve have gotten it from his sharp knuckles (I felt those too). Is there any chance of getting infected if at some point during our fist bump we caused a wound on both our knuckles and both wounds colided causing a blood transfusion, I know that wounds could be microscopical for infection to happen and I did feel a little tiny sore after we knuckle bumped, besides seeing the tiny wound. Sorry if im being ignorant, but as I mentioned, I am not informed on this matter. Is there any chance of infection? Id like to get an answer, im a very anxious person and im worried. Thanks.
