Risk from breast milk/secretion

Hey all,

About two weeks ago I was at a strip club getting a lap dance and I sucked on the dancer's nipple.  I tasted something funny in my mouth.  I am not sure if it was lotion, breast milk or some sort of secretion.  My question is does breast milk/secretion pose any type of risk that I need to be worried about?  I suffer from a bit of health anxiety, so of course I always worry more than I should.

Thanks!

Although exposure to breast milk (and by extension, any fluid from breasts or nipples) is typically listed as risky for HIV, in fact there has never been a reported case of such transmission occuring through sexual exposure. And milk is less infectious for nursing babies than most people realize. When a baby is nursed by an HIV infected mom, swallowing a few ounces of milk every day, there is only a 15% chance the baby will be infected after 6 months. So what can the risk be with exposure to a drop or two of milk or breast fluid?

On top of which, HIV remains rare in the US and western Europe, even in sex workers, strippers, etc. The chance your stripper had HIV probably was no higher than 1 in a thousand.

So you can definitely look on this as a zero risk event, with no need for testing or any further worry.

it sounds like a no risk situation .if you are sexually active you might want to test once a year
