Liquid inside condom

Can the liquid inside condom kill HIV? Besides blood, where else can HIV live, sperm?

If you are talking condoms with Nonoxyl-9, you shouldn't be using them at all if you are using them to try to prevent stds and HIV. Nonoxyl-9 can cause irritation to the mucosal lining of the vagina and anus and will increase the risk of HIV and other STDs if the condom fails.

i think you are talking about the liquid that kills sperm and no it wont kill hiv.keep yousing thoes condom you be ok.
