Low risk exposure, 27 days HIV fourth gen rapid test. Prospects?

I had protected vaginal sex, unprotected oral sex (cunilingus and fellatio), and unprotected genital rubbing (less than 3 mins) with a prostitute. I ejaculated far from her. I got worried sick of HIV the day after.

After that, I got a 4th Gen Rapid ICT Antibody Test for HIV at 27 days. It tested negative.

I know that my risk is low, but just how much could I trust a 4th Gen Rapid ICT test? I have read that 4th Gen tests are good as conclusive at 4 weeks or 27 days, and there have been patients who tested positive at just 10 days.

Also, the clinic said their tests are 4th Gen, but my result paper just says antibody test. Why isn't there any antigen test included if it is really a 4th Gen test? Is it true that 4th Gen tests can detect antigen and antibody, but can't tell them apart? So I think, they just lump it all together as an antibody test?

Do I still need to go back after three months, or move on with my life? I've lost sleep, appetite, and peace of mind as I couldn't hold on to my test result. I'm starting to feel sick, but I think this is more because of anxiety than anything else.

Agreed. No risk. No reason to test. It's all anxiety. Do not worry about anything else. Forget about it and move on.

You never had a risk and didn't need to get tested in the first place.
