Hi..
i met a girl who works in different organisation and on the first date we ended up having protected sex..but during forplay she gave me a hand job and after that i rubbed my penis(unprotected) on her thin panty.i did not penetrate for sure..after few seconds i noticed a sticky fluid surrounded on my penis head..i really coudnt determine whether it was my semen or her vaginal fluid..i wiped it with a cloth..The next day i got her tested(elisa) and her results were negitive..since then its been 3 weeks and i feel my body remains warm at times and i have lost 2 kgs in 2 days...i m really scared and wanna knw whether hiv can be transmitted in such senerio without penetration...Please help me as i am going through terrible anxiety and fear because of which i am not able to concentrate on work and i feel sucidal at times...would really appreciate if sumone can help me with an answer so that i can get peace...Thanks...

Just last question ppl - well as in my situation u'll think i was never at risk..so is it true that u actually have to penetrate in order to get infected...and i feel the thick sticky  fluid which i noticed on ma penis head wud have been mine..as ppl say tat womens fluid is not thick..but ppl its been over 3 weeks since tat episode and now i feel my body remains warm at times so that really scares me..tats all....plz answr dis qustn tats all...god bless...

I can relate to how you feel..I have many fears of HIV I was reading on the net that this is very common. They even call it "FrAIDS" I am going to go get help with my irrational fears. It might be due to some guilt given the situation. Some people are tend to feal guilty about casual sex..so maybe your guilt is taking over and that is why you are so afraid. Hope everything goes well...And as for a test talk to your DR and be honest about what happend. That's what I did I went cause of my fear of french kissing I was told my fears were irrational and to seak counseling. Take Care and Good Luck.

If the condom was used correctly and didn't break, then you have nothing to worry about.

As for the pants scenario; if you can learn Chinese in one minute, I would say there's a possibility for you to get HIV in the way you described.
