Seriously, that you still ask is pretty incredible.  You've had the ways HIV is passed to other people laid out for you at least twice now and even have acknowledged that you know oral isn't a risk.  But your anxious (anxiety is a mental health problem) still makes you worry about it and keep asking.  See?  Anxiety is the problem.  There is not deep thinking involved in saying I had no risk so my symptoms are not related to HIV.  You couldn't have gotten HIV from oral sex.  That's really all there is left to say with regards to you and your hiv worry.  See a doctor for your symptoms but mostly to talk about your ocd and anxiety.  It's treatable.

So in your other thread about this same event, I had said what the risks are.  I'll say it again to remind you.  HIV is spread through unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse and sharing of IV drug needles.  That is it.  All other scenarios you are worried about are not risks for transmission.  The oral sex you had was not a risk for getting HIV.  Saliva has enzymes in it that renders the virus inactive and air also makes it inactive.  You really need to get with a doctor about your anxiety and the OCD you say you have to get help with this so you don't have to spend your life in a constant state of panic and worry.
