My first response to you has all of the information you need to understand that you had zero risk for HIV.

I have severe knee pain started 1 week after the exposure now it's more than 10 days I'm experiencing knee pain. I feel difficult to climb steps. I heard it's a symptom of hiv.
Millions of people have knee pain and don't have HIV.  You are one of those people, since you were never exposed to HIV.  Move on from this event - you had NO risk.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV.  You cannot get HIV from someone else's hands, and even if she is breastfeeding, breast milk cannot infect adults.

There is no "what if" that you can add to this even that would make it a risk for HIV - you had zero risk, and you don't need a test.

Thank u for reply. I forgot to mention I had a small cut on my tongue during that time.
Can I continue unprotected sex with my wife ?
