defective blood sample /lysed red blood cells and its relation ship with false negative elisa test at 8 th week post exposure

dear all.,,

i have a question regarding is there any possibility of  obtaining an 8 th week post exposure elisa test  False NEGATIVE  because of defective blood sample/hemolysed Rbcs in the  Given sample,,,  pls let me know.. thanking you...
