I saw an escort on the 25th of Feb. I performed cunninglus and used a condom properly with vaginal intercourse. I fingered her, maybe for about 30 sec. A day later I saw skin was pulled back behind the fingernail. I cannot for the life of me remember if my skin behind the fingernail was sealed when i fingered, I really think so, because i usually can feel that. Would vaginal fluid seep through a tiny dried scab?
I start to flip out and two days later i started feeling some mild but noticeable abdominal pains. From there my stomach just went downhill. It wasn't nausea per say...it felt like my gut was in knots, almost like the stomach was moving toward my diaphram, like a hiatal hernia. I was so nervous, because it was all i could think about. When i ate food it felt like it just sat on the top of my stomach. A few days after that, I started to get a sore throat. Although I think I got that from my daughter My gut started really getting to me, those knots were really stressing me out...I started having a mental breakdown and started crying and saying why? Cried for a few minutes, and threw up my pizza that I ate about 50 min ago, i had to work to get it up and it felt like it was sitting at the top of my stomach. Since then, I have been a mental wreck. Cant sleep...maybe a few solid hours since that friday night. Cant eat. I have only had 3 real bowel movements. Which were solid and hard to get out. Since that friday ive been having temps between 98.5 to 99.3. I know my normal is typically 97.9. My sore throat still persists and now I have a sore neck...nothing looks swollen on my neck but its mildly sensitive to the touch. Last night I my right armpit near the pectoral started to hurt, but it doesnt look obviously swollen, and the now the slight pain is coming from my upper pectoral by my armpit. No groin pain or enlargement. I am freaking out because of my neck and armpit...and the fact that I havent eaten anything in 72 hrs.

Forgive me for posting an anxiety-driven question.  I am just concerned over the mild temperture ive had for four days, these thrush symptoms and my sore throat and neck.  I realize my inability to eat is because I am flustered.  Thank you for responding, however.

We typically simply delete anxiety-driven posts displaying unrealistic fears and concerns about HIV with no teaching points for other visitors to this site.  I will provide a  brief comment.  Your post indicates that your are emotionally over wrought related to the exposure that you describe and have been consumed by anxiety.  Your genital exposure was protected, your risk of getting HIV from oral sex in near zero and there is no risk from masturbation, with our without nail problems.  Furthermore your symptoms do not suggest HIV at all and began far too soon to be suggestive of recently acquired HIV.  My advice is to not worry about HIV, and instead to seek counseling help in dealing with the guilt and anxiety which you are displaying.  I say this out of concern for you, nothing else you need help.  This exposure did not put you at risk for HIV.  EWH

This morning I had another breakdown when I saw what looks like to me a mild case of thrush, I said to my self, "this is it, ive got HIV. My throat and mouth have been really dry, especially the top of my tongue where some white resides. The back side of my mouth near the molars also have a little white. I am still freaking out about that. This morning, I looked up the the causes. One reason that could be me is the fact that I havent thoroughly brushed my teeth since last thursday and I just took a look at my uncapped tooth that had a root canal about 3 1/2 years ago...its very dark and ugly, mostly because of the metal fillings. Did enough bacteria accumulate in my mouth to cause this mild thrush? Ive been extremely stressed out because and have at least three or four crying bouts. Right now. My appetitite isnt back, my stomach has growled for food, but i didnt want food. my gut is generally sore, and every now and then i get very localized pain in my lower intestines for a like a second. My slight sore throat is still persistent. My neck is sore, and this thrush is spinning my head. i have a temp of 99.1. I think a cough and congestion is coming up as well. What to think of this?!
